Glen Echo was her home the last 15 years of her life, and the structure illustrates her dedication and concern for those less fortunate than herself.

The unfurnished first floor of the Clara Barton National Historic Site is open for public visitation Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays by guided tours at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00 pm. Closed Sun. Dec. 25 & Sun. Jan. 1
