Open seasonally, typically late fall through mid-to-late April. First-come, first-served campground located at sea level. Fee is paid at the pay station at the front of the campground. Campground is adjacent to the Stovepipe Wells general store, ranger station, and a privately operated RV park. Guests are welcome to visit Stovepipe Wells Village to purchase pool and shower passes or take advantage of complimentary Wi-Fi.

Reservation Info: All sites are first come, first served, however NPS reserves the right to hold sites for administrative needs at any time.
Regulations Overview: Generator Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM. Do not leave generators running unattended. Quiet Hours:10 PM to 7 AM. Camping Limits: 1 recreational vehicle with tow, 2 cars, or 4 motorcycles. 8 people per site. Stay limited to 30 days. No holding or reserving sites. Check-out Time:12 PM Noon Campfires: No wood gathering. Fires only in NPS fire grates as provided. Fires must not be left smoldering or unattended. No trash in fire grate. Wastewater: Dump all liquid waste, including dishwater, only at sanitary stations. Place container under your trailer or camper drain to be emptied at the dump area. Do not wash dishes or bathe at water spigots or rest rooms. No dumping of solid waste in sites or restrooms. Pets: Must be confined or on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Do not leave unattended. Allowed along roads, in campground, and in developed areas only. Owners are responsible for cleanup. Food/Trash: unattended food, garbage or cooking equipment must be sealed in a vehicle or a solid container. Do not feed wildlife.
